Recently, some internet sites have been discovered selling unknown and non-FDA-approved cosmetic colored contact lenses. Most of these non-approved contact lenses come from Asia (sometimes China) and have not been tested or evaluated by the FDA in terms of sterility and "Good Manufacturing Practices." Some of the colors used to make these lenses are toxic and some could actually be carcinogenic.

- So I'm asking YOU, how many of you wear color contacts/costume contacts? If yes, why? Do you buy them online or a general store?
